I have injured myself again. I'm still going to Pennsylvania, but only as a volunteer. I'm also heading to Michigan, hopefully as a runner, but again possibly as a volunteer (if I get to wear the shirt). My knee is messed up big-time, stairs are a huge challenge, and I can barely walk the 4 blocks to the beer store (and back). I kid.
I can only rest, and hope that something good happens as far as recovery. DOH.

I feel for you , sir. I find intensely hot wings, some especially moldy blue cheese sauce and copious volumes of beer are just the medicine required in these situations. Or any, really.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your concern, I'm afraid I may have to see my doctor, then get referred a physiotherapist.Last time I got a knee injury I had acupuncture,spinning classes and orthotics. I'm just giving it a bit of healing time for now. The beer,hot wings and moldy blue cheese don't seem to be helping, but they don't seem to be hurting either.
