Saturday- The Boy Flew in from Halifax, so we headed to "T&T" for Lobsters and later picked up some brewskis.

Sunday-Ran 20 miles in 3:45 with the Pylons-I guess that calls for a beer or two.

Thursday-Ran 9 miles in 1:41+beer with The Boy.

Friday-Work, so ate well* Knee and ankle very sore in the morning. Gout?Let's hope that's all it is.
Saturday- Last Day with The Boy before he goes back to Halifax.
Home made pasta+ more beer.
So yeah, another Cheat Night #5

80/20 turned into 20/80 this week.
* less than 100 grams of carbs
Weigh in. Not good, (164.5 lbs) but what did I expect? If I was a boxer, I'd have lose 10 lbs. to get beaten up by Oscar De La Hoya or Floyd Mayweather.

I was just watching the Tokyo Marathon. They went through the first 10K at 29:00. And still had 32K to go.
