Phlox 25K- The Comeback

Great success, and very encouraging. There was pain, but I can't complain. I felt very good for 23 K. The last 2K hurt. I was 4th in a very tough 50+ category, 12th overall out of 57.
  Maybe we can salvage something from this season after all. Full report and photos to follow, congrats to the podium boys Phantom, Swiss(1st 60+!), and The Boy (3rd-19 YO and under in the 10K)!
 And huge congrats to our good friend Alistair, the overall winner, who has a 100 miler in 3 weeks in South Dakota. And Dora, well she is at a Trail Running Camp in Alaska this week with some guy named Geoff Roes. Life is good, eh Dora?
