Danelle was the course designer for the Moab Xterra 50k the "Fat Ass Pylons" did last November. I just had to get a picture with her when I saw her after the race. She is the world's most winning adventure racer, and is based out of Moab. The television series, I Shouldn’t Be Alive has made a documentary about her famous 2006 fall and rescue in the canyons of Moab. We actually ran past the spot where she landed and crawled to the puddle of water (with a broken back). Anyhow, it's on "Animal Planet" tonight!

Jordan Rapp quote sums it up!
This Jordan Rapp quote sums it up.
"It's about the process. It doesn't matter what you do tomorrow and it doesn't matter what you did yesterday. It's about today, and making today count. That's especially true in training, but it's the same mentality that I carry into racing. Focus on the task at hand, not on the finish line, or the next part of the race, but what it is that is right there in front of you in the moment."
