Salute to Summer 2012!

Salute to Summer 2012. Arrived at 7:01pm last night.
Summer arrived and it was hot. Well over 100˚F with the humidity. It felt like Tennessee.
It was so hot, Turtle was angry. I made an offering of Old Milwaukee as a pentanence.

Finally, a place to cool off.
So my 2:00 hour run turned into a 1:30 run, then a 1:00 run. I started walking at 50 minutes, then spent the afternoon cooling off. The heat coming from the ground was palpable.We heard our 1st cicada in the afternoon.Almost 2 weeks earlier than the record.
