Still training for the 50 miler, so it's not all sitting around and shopping. Portage and me decided to go for an early morning run, and when we got to the beach it was at low tide.Perfect firm sand and some technical rocky stuff.
So we ran for 90 minutes, I would do a 4 hour run the next day while Portage shopped. Sunny and 23˚ everyday, it was nice to escape the heatwave in Toronto.
