It's pretty dangerous running in the ravine this time of year, the maple leaves are covering the roots and rocks. Luckily for me, I know where most of the nasty hazards are, not that that stops me from kicking them and tripping on them over and over.
At least the scenery is spectacular.

I am still eating well, but I'm seriously gonna have to cut back on the
brewskies while in taper mode, I can feel my belt getting tighter, and
I'm afraid to go anywhere near the scale.........
So we have Captain, Cyrus, Digger, Dora, Phantom, Swiss and Nick Roberts as "The Beaver" going to Ohio.We hope to visit the
