So I've had quite a summer. Runner's Knee, Rotator Cuffs, more Runner's Knee. Gained some weight, as I never adjusted my eating or drinking while running less. I found a great physiotherapist and she has suggested getting back on the bike. Run, bike, swim, rest, run,bike, swim, rest....repeat.
Anyhow, Portage and I are too busy to do much training, we've been getting the house ready for sale and fixing all the stuff that has been neglected over the last 23 years.
